I've always been a picky eater, but lately I've been branching outside of my comfort zone, and I've been happily surprised to find that I actually like a few things that I didn't think I'd like! Exhibit A: Cabbage. I neverrr would have willfully chosen to eat cabbage before, but it somehow ended up as the main ingredient in this chopped sweet thai salad that I discovered a few weeks ago and now I'm obsessed! I've literally made this salad once a week since then. Inspired by this newfound love, I'm sharing the 12 salads that I'm dying to try this spring. Which one looks the yummiest to you??
